Good Morning Lucy

Hello blog (: I feel really bad cause I've been extremely LAZY to update you and like blog. I swear.. my blogging thing has like gone. But fear not, i'm sure it'll come back soon enough. I feel so irresponsible (WTF) not updating you.

Spent the whole saturday afternoon cooking... ^_^ By myself, with my mom. Well, I SUCCESSFULLY made Mango Sticky Rice ( A Thai Dessert I simply adore :D) And well, what can I say? It turned out nice :D and it was surprisingly easy to make :D There's a few pictures below of how my dish came out. Click on it to enlarge and you'd see the details of the rice (if you get what I mean) I'm so happy! Everyone in the family (maid included) had some and everyone thought it was delish :D hehe. Of course the mangoes played a huge part too. Thank goodness for it being the mango season :D

My mom on the other hand made Acar (preserved vegetables- don't know what style :P) And well, i spent alot of time slicing, diving shredding vegetables of all sorts. It was fun :D but I got SO tired at the end from slicing those carrots. HAHA.

I know, I know. the pictures doesn't look that appealing :P hehee. And my lack of photography skills kinda shows buttttt... they were good ok :D hehehee



Well, next on the list of cooking/baking/making food: EITHER snickerdoodles or carrot cupcakes with cream cheese filling. SO EXCITING :D hehee Yeah, nothing makes me happier than baking (and seeing the boyfriend- but different story. Haven't seen him in .. *gasp* 3 whole horrible days T_T) ANYWAY. Yes, baking. Some sort of adrenaline rush happens inside of me and i'm all happy and happy. HAHA. Weird meh.

ANYWAY. WATCHED 50 first dates this afternoon! OMG. SO SWEET THE MOVIE. Makes me want to cry out of happiness. Seriously! I know, old movie. But I'm extremely outdated. heheheee. I LOVE THE MOVIE :D It was funny and romanticcccc and sad!! and LAWA LAH. Go watch :D

Wanted to catch Prom Night with Sho tomorrow but :( the mall isn't showing it tomorrow So, maybe during the weekend I guess. Bleh. Shud be Shahbandaring tomorrow :D Go me. Ate SO MUCH STICKY RICE not even funny :D hahaha
