And the last day of 2009 is here. Amazing how fast time really goes by now huh? it's all over before you know it.

Anyway, with 4 more hours till 2010, it's not too late to do my annual lists :)

IN 2009 I:

1. Went to Hanoi, Vietnam for the first time.
2. Finished and conquered IB! Diploma and all.
3. had a Graduation dinner with a very successful dress :)
4. celebrated my 18th birthday with the girls.
5. Had 3 months worth of holiday break doing absolutely nothing.
6. Went to Singapore and London for shopping before..
7. Arriving in Aberdeen, Scotland where I started my University life as a student of the University of Aberdeen.
   
8. lived in a dorm for the first time and met wonderful people :)
9. over-spent way tooooo much.
10. received a new cell phone (HTC Touch 3G) for my birthday.
11. Celebrated Halloweens as an Incredible.
12. Broke my camera.
13. Got two new cameras, one self-bought and one given by daddy.
14. gained 13 kilos in 3 months, and am at the heaviest weight ever in my lifetime.
    
15. experienced infidelity and realised some people are so not worth the tears or time.
16. turned pescatarian for about 11months before returning back to the normal ways.
17. burned my fringe and eyebrows off, accidentally of course :P
    
18. Got my driver license!
19. got involved in two car accidents already! :P
20. curled my hair
21. traveled alone.
22. learnt how to use eyeliner! and other make-up.
23. fell in and out of like and am in like again :) :) :)

But yes, I officially gained 13 kilos in a span of 3 freaking months! Believable or what?! Depressing shit. But that makes my new years resolution ... one of my top priorities is to lose all that horrible weight, and be healthy and yeah. Just need to lose weight. T_T

One more week and I'm back in Aberdeen. I am going to spend as much time as I can with my mom.

Played L4D2 with Kenken and Diana today! Missing CHLOE TAN YEE GYE much :( She should have been there!!

Hello! :) Eve of Christmas. Unfortunately, Christmas has never been a big thing for me. It's like any other day. Not that I mind really.

But everyone else, I hope you guys have a lovely happy Christmas! :) Filled with joy and peace and everything sugar spice nice. :D

Spending day tomorrow with mummy and daddy. Of course more mummy than daddy lah! but still :) it'll be a nice change.

I hate the weather in Brunei. I'm never missing the heat and the sun again. Finally remembered why I have such a huge hatred for the sun and the humidity and the HEAT. Oh my god. I hate the heat. I will be happy for -ve weather back in the deen.

Speaking of which, I have come to realise that 3 weeks isn't very long. It's like.. 16 more days till I'm on the plane back to wherever. Interesting. WILL I HAVE ENOUGH TIME TO EAT EVERYTHING I NEED TO EAT TILL I'M SICK TO THE BRIM?!

And i forgot to mention, I came back home with 26kgs in my bags. Ha-ha Thank god they didn't ask me to pay for the extra baggage.

AND, you remember the camera I (well actually someone else :P) busted during Halloweens? Dad says he'll get me a new one. SO IT'S ALL GOOD :) :) :) hehe

I'm already thinking about my birthday presents. I'm not too sure but I sure do have a very good idea. Am I horrible? my birthday isn't in 4 months! :) :) :) hahaha

It's 4.18am, and I've been awake since 1.30am. I hate that because of the time difference, I'm awake and sleep at the wrong time. Am at Changi Airport, having a wonderful cuppa of Toffeenut Latte and a banana muffin :) super good combo really! First thing I have after landing was a good bowl of Kolo Mee with pork & Salted fish balls. And seaweed soup! it was all good :) Spent the night drifting in and out of sleep, over all I probably only had like 3 hours sleep. It was horrible :( In two days I've managed to sleep for 3 hours. SAD TIMES.

Plane ride over here was bearable except for the fact that there was a horrible kid at the last 45 minutes of the damned flight, screaming his fucking head off. Wow, pissed the shit out of me and so many people and it wasn't like.. short screams. He was screaming the WHOLE time, like "ARGH! ARGH! ARGGGGGGH! ARGGGGH! ARGH! ARGH!" Oh my god. Crazzzzzzzey.

And because of the whole conversion shit, suddenly things back home/in Singapore but I'm sure in Brunei as well is looking way expensive. Haha so used to seeing everything in £s! Like, the caramel waffle in Starbucks is £0.75 but, in Singapore it's a bloody $3.30. Damn sad. but oh well.

3 weeks in Brunei. 3 weeks of food, glorious food. 3 weeks of no laundry or cleaning up. 3 weeks of sunshine and rain. 3 weeks of listening to the typical bruneian accent (:D). 3 weeks of driving about! :D and 3 weeks spent with loved ones. I'm excited. Sad tho, 3 weeks without M. But that's life right? can't have everything we want. :(

I am restless now. I am not even hungry so I can't/wont buy something to eat. Still have 4.5 hours till my flight. FMLLLLL gurh.

Can't wait to go home. I wanna see everyone!!!!!!!!!!!

I am sitting down in my room, with my sheets stripped off, 2/3 of my laundry in the wash, wearing my shorts and a tee shirt and I'm thinking, wow in [(24 x 2) + 22 ] Hours, I will be back home on Brunei Soil! Probably on my way for some grub or something. I am excited and nervous! and so many feelings, I'm not too sure off :) My luggage is 100% overweight, i am dreading the extra charges but I can't help it! M and the boys says it's about 15 - 18kgs, but I realllly don't know how accurate they are so I am going to just wait for it.

I AM SO ADDICTED TO PAOLO NUTINI - LAST REQUEST! Was singing it while walking and Alice proudly proclaimed," you know where he is from right?" and of course I answered," uh, scotland?" :P haha but yes. I absodutedly LOVE his voice. So niceeeee.

Damn I am really worried bout my luggage now. Gurghhhhhh!!! -_-;;;;

Gonna wait for M to come home so I can go lie on a bed that actually has its covers on. Can't even sleep on my own bed tonight :( :( Cause I don't wanna put the new covers on. I'll do that when I'm back here 3 weeks later. He he he

Sad day today, last day I'm gonna see Becky S for the next 3 weeks! Sad times people, sad times. But on the other hand, Brunei in a few! I am excited to see SO many people :D Packing my shizz up now and it is proving to be a very difficult task to keep below 20kgs. Can't believe I bought SO many things for people!!! haha. Ah well :) :) Totally LOVE buying gifts for people-ish :P

Had realllly good coffee this morning along with an amazing ham & cheese croissant and a delectable lemon& poppy seed muffin. :D it was SOOOOO good! :D then, shopping (again- what's new Amelia?) :) and spent the afternoon with M and helped Becky out with some stuff.

Last night, did a little secret santa thang with the girls. Becky S was my secret santa and she made me the SWEETEST little book with 11 reasons to why she loves me! and because we all had a budget of £5, she got me eggs and a microwavable egg cooker because she knows how much I absolutely LOVE eggs! :) how thoughtful right? and then she got me some designed tights cause I keep going on about how I need them but never bought them :P

I have also decided that Baby, it's cold outside by Johnny Mercer and Margaret Whiting is my favourite christmas song ever! Followed by All I want for Xmas is you by Mariah Carey :) :) :) and then Last Christmas by The Beatles. Lovelovelove!! :)

I am excited, tired, HAPPY, lazy and not hungry (at the mean time :P it'll change in like 15 minutes cause I have dinner in 15 :P) and yes. Gonna watch House Bunny with M tonight! then waking up at 4.30AM to send Becky off cause she needs to leave by 5! Saddd SAD TIMES OK. Dayum.

Baby, it's cold outside.

Here I am, another entry. I think people have given up tagging. haha! I totally understand tho, I have sort of given up on this blog. Which is very sad really, I've had it since 2005. I'll be going home to brunei soon tho so I'll definitely be blogging more often. I think it's the layout! I need to change it. I will as soon as I settle back home :) :) I already have an idea for the layout already. I wish I had JASC on my mac so I could just get it over and done with. Grr.

Tonight, we had a pleasant surprise at dinner. Christmas themed! :) Scotch broth, Turkey with cranberry sauce and gravy.. chocolate and cheese cake, and we even go party hats and novelties! Ah.. sad times tho. I am no longer a pescatarian. I have decided to give it up completely so I'm having meat (when I have to). So its been 11months and 8days worth of not eating meat. I think that was a pretty good try, right? :) I think I won't be turning vegetarian in the near future. However, after my education and everything I think I'll give it another shot.

The trip to Loch Ness was an amazing one. The sight and sounds.. okay. not really sounds. but the sights were absolutely breathtaking :) It was a very rushed day nonetheless. Set my alarm up at 5am but only woke up at 5.22am with the cab coming in at 5.30am. Had to get ready in 5 minutes! Made it down at 5.33am. Impressive eh? It was all good tho. The train ride (2.5hours) wasn't too bad as I was super exhausted and therefore fell asleep like a baby :P and when we reached there and had lovely breakfast everything was good again :D

I have been eating and drinking unhealthy amounts of just about everything! it is quite worrying :P nobody is going to be able to recognize me back home! I'm serious! :P it's quite horrible but I am looking forward to all the glorious food back home! Really :) :) :) I already told my mom that the first thing I wanna do when she picks me up from the airport is that I wanna have lunch!!! :D I am thinking either the fish ball place (Yit Sum) or Teo Poi Hoon or somewhere with dimsum! I'm not kidding. I MISS DIMSUM! I can't find any here. I miss RICE porridge and CAKOI. Oh my god I miss cakoi so much. SO UNCOOL! but yes.

Tonight is going to be a quite night :) it's been two weeks.. and it's been a fast two weeks. Happy two weeks even! So we're heading out for a walk by the beach and I am certain I am going to freeze my ass off but it'll be nice to just head out and breathe in some fresh air and everything. :)

I don't even think anyone reads this blog anymore. My bad :$ I'm a horrible blogger. Can I even be considered as a blogger even. Ha-ha.

Anyway, was going to make myself a hearty bowl of porridge with tons of honey, but I hear talking in the kitchen and I am feeling extremely anti-social right now so I scurried back to my room.

This weekend is going to be lovely, having yet another pub-crawl this Friday with the girls + M and Fabian. Loch Ness (Esther!!! I'll try to spot nessie for us! :D) on Saturday as well as a Birthday Party at night. I'm pretty excited. Any reason for alcohol is a good one. Hehe

Also, watched Paranormal Activity last week cause M and I both agreed that horror movies should always be watched in the theatre. And, so we did. Damned movie totally let me/us down. After hearing all the raves about it. Totally didn't live up to its 'title' Scariest movie of 2009? Me thinks, if it really way 2009 must've been a really bad year for horror movies. Honest to god. The damned movie didn't even freak me out.. not even a little bit.

Tomorrow however, M is bringing me to watch 2012 which is quite a pleasant surprise cause we've been watching movies on our laptop almost every night (^_^~) and after skyping with my mom who says that 2012 was good. I was like," I wanna watch 2012!!!" and M is like,"okay, let's watch Thursday okay? why don't you check the time?" And I'm like :D :D :D yey :D hehehe He thinks we should watch 2012 on the big screen cause its the sound effects that should be focused on (or some thing like that)

19 more days till I'm back on Bruneian soil! :D I can't say I'm overjoyed but I'm definitely looking forward to it. I am missing SO many people. Like, excessive miss! I wanna go up to them give them a masssssssive hug and talk about everything without worrying bout lousy internet connection or the time difference. :) I am also missing a bunch of food. I woke up with the biggest BIGGEST craving for fried Bee hoon kosong just two days ago. It was horrid! Whole morning all I could think about was fried bee hoon T_T it's so depressing.

Found a place just now with Mia, where we can get good and cheap sushi! The place isn't very lovely but the food is and they serve like korean food as well so I'm going by again sometime this week to pick up a bowl of japchae for myself :D I cannot wait! I absolutely LOVE japchae! :D heheeee

But yes, tonight is a quiet night. Just had a two hour chat with Alice. M is out with the boys tonight and is going to get excessively drunk so I will not be seeing him tonight. First time in like a week+! gosh. Haha Needy much? ;p hahaha but yeah, I'm just kidding. It's all good :)

I'm in a good place now. in a pretty good place. I like this place :)
